Artist Statement
I enjoy creating sculptures each with an individual meaning of their own. I work intuitively and hand build forms slowly until my work shows depth and detail. Each piece is fired in either a gas or an electric kiln and painted to suit or left with its natural beauty shown by the clay used. Each sculpture is designed to sit quietly in the garden or to dramatically transform an internal space.
