Artist Statement	Combining teaching and Studio Ceramics has made up my career for 32 years. After all this time my enthusiasm for the medium is even greater with the support of greater knowledge and awareness of ceramic beauty. I enjoy the exploration of Raku Nu, a technique that provides both challenges and surprises, with images and pattern provocative of the beauty of nature. The strength and beauty of subtle stoneware has long been a favourite ceramic art form.
